A solid foundation – Estela is a graduate of Tec de Monterrey in Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico with a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, a Bachelor of Marketing, and a series of certifications including PROSCI Change Management, Employer Branding, Information Mapping, and Coaching.

Multinational experience – A global career that includes Fortune 500 companies such as Scotiabank and Royal Bank of Canada. Estela managed employee engagement and external partnerships with AIMIA, Havas, Interbrand, Publicis, Work Communications, Grey and TMP Worldwide. Her experience spans to Canada, USA, UK, Malaysia, Luxemburg, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Caribbean.
